The vertical elements act as a transition between interior and exterior. Rather than creating a solid boundary, the façade filters sunlight and maintains visual connections with the sea and the surrounding landscape.

The interior layout prioritizes open living areas and clear connections between spaces. Large openings bring in natural light and maintain views toward the sea, while the façade provides shade and a degree of privacy.
